SURBITON
A family house, which the client was wanting to refurbish and create more space. The design was to create extension, a loft with an en-suite, new double kitchen/family area with skylight. Two kitchens were installed, yes you heard correctly, one to cook in and one was simply a used space for family. Bi-fold doors were installed to create an inside/outside living area, opening out to beautiful pavers overlooking a huge garden.

Working with the client to turn old coach house into a beautiful 3 bed Passivhaus, with energy efficiency and comfort as a priority. The design utilised brick clad SIP panels. The use of roof windows maximise light to the rear and upper floors, the house only requires 1/20th the energy of an average home, achieving exceptional comfort and air-tightness.
Warlingham
Continued new project in Warlingham, which involved total house renovation. From the front door entrance, to the bifold doors. Beautiful herringbone style flooring throughout. Garden paving and changing the garage into a home gym.
WARREN DRIVE
Creating a beautiful home for a family by significantly increasing the square footage by adding a guest room/en suite, a fresh open plan downstairs kitchen leading on to a beautifully landscaped garden. A modern twist to a house which the client recently purchased, which simply needed some TLC and attention.
FITZROVIA
Complete refurbishment of a studio apartment situated just off Oxford Circus, London.
Relocation and installation of new kitchen. Overhaul and installation of bathroom.
